WE MANUFACTURE TO ORDER
The Mini Edge -lighting unit is manufactured in Australia from extruded virgin aluminum. Mated components provide a clean quality look – even the fixings are hidden. Being athetically pleasant, the lighting unit will compliment the artwork, while providing structural integrity and reliability.
The mini extrusion accepts acrylic blades 10 mm thick. For acrylic signs 12mm thick – click here: Standard’ Lighting unit
Available in Silver, Black and White powder coat finishes, however, we will powder coat other colors by special order.
LIGHTING COLORS
12 LED colors of ‘Super Bright series’ LED and a color-changing option, with internal mounted control unit, so your sign will be unique.
The brightness of each sign is affected by several factors. These include the LEDs used, the acrylic thickness, the amount of artwork fill, depth of router cut, and art color.
We can offer advice on the most appropriate manufacturing technique to achieve the desired results once we have discussed the project. This may include using two lighting units.
ASSEMBLY
Units are shipped with an assembly kit for mating your acrylic panel to the lighting unit. A matched Australian Standards compliant Power adapter. is also included.
From the first point of contact, we can advise throughout the process of making your sign. After all- If your sign impresses your customer, then its a safe bet, that you will be back.
Feet can be supplied for standing signs and stainless wire for suspended signs. (please inform us at time of order).
All lighting units are manufactured in our Gold Coast Factory, inspected, and tested before being shipped, and they have a full 5 Year warranty. (excluding the wall adapter)

Simply marry your artwork to the lighting unit, using the kit supplied, and plug it in. No electrician is required at the time of installation.
